I don't have it in my installation of Professional x64. It may be indication of a trojan, check a google search.
EDIT:
Also, wtf@necessity of two-desktop screen capture.

i suggest not using windows 7 transformation pack.
it's very unorganized and buggy. there was another one on the internet, it's a compilation of a bunch of stuff. look for it, it works!
