If the PSU is mounted at the bottom and the PSU fan is facing the top wouldn't it be a bit dangerous if something fell into the PSU like dirt and stuff o-o? or maybe even a spider.
Lots of people lay their towers upside down/sideways/etc so their PSU's would technically be sideways, upside down, etc as well.
Dust will always get inside the case a little bit, don't worry about it actually ruining the PSU. Just make sure and blow your case out every month or two.
And i doubt a spider would get in your case to begin with lol. _________________
