I need a wireless router that would be good for gaming on my XBOX and another computer using it as Wifi, and me downloading something on my PC
My current router is 54mbps LinkSYS which i think sucks as it hugely lags my connection on the XBOX
The XBOX is connected through a Wired 30Ft Network Cable
Anything below $80 CAD
I do download and game at the same time
so I guess something that can dual band or something?
You can use sites like newegg, futureshop, bestbuy
I would prefer me going to the store instead of ordering it
but if its a better deal then i can order it

Well that's your problem. A router change won't magically make you lag less, only a better service plan or ISP.

Actually it can. A bad router is like bottleneck if you have a good service plan.
