Turn off the lame warnings first.
Then do the following:
Download Hijackthis and mbam (google both). Scan with mbam and save a logfile with Hijackthis. Upload the log here, it will check it automatically for you. These two should be enough to clean up everything you're infected with. If the problem still persists after using them - post here.
