means that I'm making the basic shape so the polygons are fluent with the adjacents
or maybe I'll just leave it like that and leave the cloth do the covering xP

After the chest, the stomach needs to curve inwards slightly as to continuing in the same direction.

Also, boobs are shaped right but too small, there's too much gap between them, I would suggest scaling them upwards a bit.
(Not perverted, just true.)
