How do I cheat?

i have a laptop runing on xp and i decided to try windows 7
it worked but i can't get a higher resolution then 640 * 480
i installed the drivers but did not work
help plz??????

that resolution is the only one supported by the "safe mode" video driver.

If you installed it look inside device manager under display adapter and if there is a yellow "!" then you do not have drivers installed.

Please install the correct drivers.

the drivers you're using are built into win7 and have no good functionality whatsoever in displaying your screen properly

intsall the correct drivers for your graphics card

Set your resolution higher from the system if self and see if that solves it:
Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization > Personalization > Display (in the lower right-hand corner under "See Also") > Adjust Resolution > Slide it all the way up > Done

try using vista drivers, they occasionally work, well they worked for me Exclamation

did you like install the drivers developed for w7?
