Cheat Engine

I have a dual core 2.6 GHz processor, which is enough to play most pc games on medium or low settings but I have a pretty low end graphics card (dedicated) and most of the games I run lag quit a bit, forcing me to switch to lowest settings. Now if I bought a high end card would I see a big difference or only a little difference because of my processor?

what's your computer memory size and HDD size?
some games require high-end pc like almost 3GB memory and 1~3GB HDD

I'm running windows 7 32 bit
3 GB of RAM
500 GB HDD with 160 GB used

i have a similar problem.

500gb with 140gb free space
my ram is 2gb ddr2
