In gimp 2
I have 255 layers, that ALL need to be resized to 240x136. And there is no way in hell I would resize by handall those 255 layers

If you want the xcf (equivalent to psd) pm me or ask and I'll upload it

Cant you just Click the first layer Hold Shift and click the last Layer and then try an option to resize it...?

You can select ALL layers, can't you? That is one way of selecting all of them. Try Ctrl + A if you still haven't.

Nope, didn't work

Well can someone with photoshop do it for me?
should I give you the .gif, or .psd?
Either way you'll have to animate it
