its called personal antivirus itjust downloaded itself and i dont know how to delete it any help please i kind of deleted the trojan but now my internet is going really slow

I'm guessing you've already tried scanning your computer, but if you haven't...
AVG Free Edition

If you can tell what it's doing, you might be able to get rid of it manually.

I would not recommend AVG to more advanced users. And I had this same virus. It did not let me download any anti virus programs. It said "ZOMFG ITS INFECTED DO NOT OPEN YOU STOOPID NOOB".
