I'm downloading some games on Steam but whenever I go and play another Steam game or any full-screen game it pauses the download, is there anyway to chage this? I looked through the Settings window and couldn't find anything.

I don't think there's a workaround to this. Suppose just leave it on whenever you go to sleep (or some other opportune time for you).
