Well my dad just got it working and everything
now i am worried it may affect my download speed
I have Cable Internet
Average DL speed with Jdownloader
about 1.12mbp/s
What do you guys think ?
Will it have a impact?
It did say, you may need to monitor bandwidth usage as it could have an impact
I am a heavy downloader

I'm on a 10Mbps cable connection and I can download files through HTTP with no speed reduction on my end whilst my brother talks on Skype, and it doesn't reduce his sound quality.
However, you won't be able to run uTorrent and talk on Skype at the same time - the call will be garbled and will eventually drop.
If you've just got Skype running in the background (no call in progress) then its bandwidth usage will be absolutely tiny and completely unnoticeable.

If you mean VoIP like Vonage, I have heard some people complain of bandwidth dropoffs, but have no direct experience. You'd have to set up some sort of experiment yourself for that.
If it's software we're talking, limiting torrent/download bandwidth is easy enough to do.

VOIP should have no effects on your line, apart it eats your bandwidth caps (if you happen to have any)
If it's software based like Skype, then your available download bandwidth will be affected

That is caused by the upload being saturated, try limiting it

It is like a company like Vonage
and it is not Skype VOIP
Phone line VOIP
and here is the current specifications of my internet according to my service provider on there website
# Up to 7.5 Mbps download speed
# Up to 512 Kbps upload speed
# 60 GB/month data transfer
Im guessing my bandwidth is capped at 60 GB a month?

Dude Cable internet is really good, well depends on what speed you have, my internet goes up to 12-15mb. My brother can be watching youtube and downloading hardcore porn and my mom could be on my computer, and I`d be on Xbox with 4bar connection. It all depends on how fast your connection is. I saw your sig and it said 4MB, so I`m guessing your internet is kinda` suck-ish? So VOiP might affect it.

Odds are it's not going to be a problem at all.
Just keep up normal usage until you have something to be concerned about.
