Lately since I have my new pc I'm getting hackattacks in all kinds of different forms, IF I'm right.

Our net is also going down every day and I think it's connected to these ZoneAlarm Firewall warnings I'm getting every xx hours.

And all kinds of Windows software is trying to connect to the internet more often, for example Windows Audio Device Graph Isolation. [Wth is dat?]
It could be connected to this too.

Anyone knows what this could be?
[And yes, I use a illegal copy of Vista Ultimate, but I doubt there's some kind of trojan or w/e in here.]

Since my bro uses this copy of Vista Ultimate too, he also has all those alerts.

Here a few pics:

an echo pin request is a ddos if I remember correctly. You may want to permenatly deny access to that warning, also update your firewall and AV. Pissibly change your ip address. Go to CMD type ipconfig /release let it load then type ipconfig /renew

192.168.2.1 is your gateway aka your router, if you were getting DDoS you were see port scans and then wrong IP checksums, also allow that.

I lol'd at pissibly

Someone is most likely pinging you to death, which is pretty much a DDoS. You should change your IP like Thanitos said. I really don't know what to say about it being from your gateway.

Ugh, wth this is scary.

So my lil bros pc is also running on the same copy of Vista Ultimate, and hes also getting weird shit incoming: http://i30.tinypic.com/30mwrhk.jpg

We checked the IP, and it's from china.

What the heck can we do, I think it's from the illegal copy of the OS.

China are full of hackers. Believe me, it's not from the copy of the OS. Worst thing that could happen is nothing at all. Some chinese person probably found your ip, was bored, and decided to DDoS it.

This is actually happening for a week already, since I'm using this OS.
Same for my bro.

I think theyve put something on this file to trace our IP or w/e and then they start fucking around.

Can't do anything about this?

Just configure zonealarm to not pop up a message when it has blocked something.

1: It looks like you're on a computer behind a router, so a firewall itself is already overkill
2: At most you'll get the occasional automated portscan done by infected systems that check if your computer has such a vulnerability, most likely you don't
3: a ping from a router device on your network is completely safe. It could have used an ARP request, but a ping is also a valid way to determine if your system is alive
4: just make sure you don't use wireless on your local net

It's pretty much impossible to get pinged to death, whoever is doing it needs to out upload your download.

And you can just have your firewall block ICMP echo requests.

If you are both connected to the same router, it is likely that you have the same IP, meaning both of you will DC.

Hmm okay thanks for all the info, but still weird we weren't getting this before.

But could be ZoneAlarm has another settings than the version we had before.

Your router is an inanimate object, I promise it's not trying to "hackattack" you.

Wrong. Very, very wrong. In all actuality he just didn't configure Zonealarm correctly for his network, but if he actually was being attacked, I would say his bootleg OS would be the prime suspect. A good majority of the OSes available on torrent sites are infected.
