If the bios is like half-alive and you can still boot from a CD, then
use another machine and burn the most recent bios (for that notebook) to a CD and see if you can continue the update.

I heard there was a way to re-flash BIOS over LAN/USB through another computer, Google it see if your able to do it. Hopefully you didnt mess up the chip it self.

It's kind of hard to do if it doesnt post Also all mbs doesn't allow you to boot from usb/lan. _________________
