From my research...

You can user Nero "Burn image" or whatever to burn it onto a CD/DVD.

All you have to do (apparently) is tack on ".iso" to the end of the file name.

Will that allways work? It seems like a dangerous operation indeed. Wink

I mean the header files for those formats are maby not the same.

When changing/adding extensions, it's always wise to make a backup before doing so. Here's the info on TOAST files: http://filext.com/file-extension/TOAST

changing extension doesn't change the file. Therefor if it's not build the same way as an ISO (or whatever format the program expects) it will fail epicly.
