I used flash, you can use whatever.

Your Name = Arial, Bold, font size 45.
Your Slogan = Arial, Bold, font size 20.
17.5px Space between name and slogan.

If you're using flash, be sure to align center, then align everything to center of the stage.
Export as a transparent .png with minimum image area, not full canvas.

Just make the text as the tutorial says, then align it to the center of the stage, then export following the directions.
I used flash cs3 as well, it's perfect for sigs like that.

I used Flash as well, it's much simpler for me to use than PS or AI.

Flash is good for designing simple things, mainly because it's vector based and produces a pretty good quality image.
I lul at anyone who doesn't understand this...
