The keys "alt", "F5", "F2", F3", K and X do not work. I have cleaned them and found the silicon cups to be the same as working Keys. Help!

Also, it's not sticky keys before anyone asks.

It's a laptop. I'm getting a new Laptop and I was going to give the one I have to my sister or something.

Get a USB keyboard. Or if you can somehow get a keyboard chip of the same size, replace it.

Exactly this.
Go to your website of your laptop's manufacturer and see if you can dig up a parts list. (I know Dell has that kind of thing, no idea about others.)
Should find a model number somewhere, and just plug that into your favorite search engine for buying options.
EDIT:
That is, assuming it is a hardware issue.

My friend said he had the same problem
He said he just pressed the key as hard as he could, and he got the blue screen of death, but it fixed it. I wouldn't recommend it, though.
