Which is better for internet?

I was wondering because I've had cox for a long time now, and for $30, I think I havea pretty crap internet speed.

I don't know about Fios, but I have Cox.

It's not that good.

Fios is typically faster than other users' connections.
A friend of mine has Fios and only his upload speed is faster than mine, however, he can connect to far away servers much faster than me.

Verizon FiOS = Fiber Optics
Cox = Fiber Optics

Fuck both of them, because they're not available in my area.

Depends where you live.
Cox has the fastest internet in my area (fact, according to speedtest.net)
