Couldn't you simply rename the .exe file to what ever you want? Then the process name would change also...
I remember there was something on MPC Forums a while ago..

I cannot edit the .exe file to the process name that I want. The whole intention of asking this is because parental controls has prevented me from opening Mozilla Firefox, and I can only use Internet Explorer. When I tried editing my program name to iexplorer.exe, it still couldn't operate successful.

EDIT Ugh. It's in the form of a RAR file, and I can't open it nor 7-Zip it. Guess I'll go and test this out tomorrow when permissions for all programs are given. Chances are it would work.
