To remove the compound, just get some dry toilet paper and wipe it off the cpu

Im getting thermal compound first. Im going to use OCZ freeze
http://www.ocztechnology.com/displaypage.php?name=OCZFreezeInstructions
But get this they only say this :
Installation using Intel LGA 775, 1366 (i7), Socket 478 or AMD Athlon 64, Opteron or Phenom processor:
NO SPREARDING IS NECESSARY!
and then theres instructions for :
Legacy Applications - Installation using an AMD Athlon XP, Thunderbird or Pentium III style processor:
I have a AMD X2 o_o So i don't know what to do T_T.

You could always try water cooling. What is your CPU?

What is your CPU is the main question, you should answer.

He shouldn't try watercooling if he isn't experience enough.
He must know how to maintain it every few month and installing it is a pain in the ass.

You have an AMD Athlon 64 x2.
All you have to do is clean off the existing thermal compound (I personally use isopropyl alcohol, put it on a Q-tip and just clean it off. After that just to make sure it's dried off I sometimes use a can of compressed air) , apply a rice grain amount of compound in the middle of the CPU (Like a little dot in the middle) and then put the heatsink/fan on.
As the OCZ site says:
It may appear that only a fraction of the heat spreader has paste installed, but the cooler will squeeze the paste out to the appropriate width over time.
I also noticed your heatsink/fan looks pretty bad and cheap, tbh it looks worst than the stock fan.
Here's some other cooling solutions I would recommend that are pretty cheap;
Arctic Freezer 64 --> 30 bucks, free shipping, decent cooling & easy installation.
Xigmatek S1283 --> Better performance than the freezer 64 & is the same price as the freezer after a 10 dollar mail in rebate. However it is bigger and it has a push-pin installation which some people have found hard to install.

You don't get it. Im getting OCZ freeze thermal compound.
And im getting XIGMATEK HDT-SD964 ( 62MM version of S1283, 120MM doesn't fit my case LMAO) Its a Xion Dazl.

@OP:
You're probably fine, even with those temps, it's hot but not worrying. You can probably cut off some temps just by redoing your paste / setting your heatsink again. Clean it with alcohol and q-tips.
You'll trip thermal shutdown before anything happens. The day this happens is the day you need to worry.
It's a fucking AMD 64 no surprise it runs hot either way, my last one ran as hot as a forge in hell.

Do it on your CPU and you will see.
@OP - if you have an AMD just clean the dust from the case, if you have Intel - buy a new cooler. AMD's run just fine in native temperature up to 90°C, more will be troublesome even for those ovens.
