for one a signature in photo is usually around anywhere from 100x50 to 400x350. That is much bigger. One thing you should do is make a good background out of a stock (I suggest downloading GIMP I use it and I love it), and you need to resize it. Also you should make the blue overlap the red more. Also the big blue circle doesn't look good with gaps in it. If you have to make the little circles overlap the larger one.
