Can someone circle where my harddrive is I wanna take it out then throw away the rest of the computer.

Computer got infected with a nasty virus, when I turn it on an error message comes up I click okay, then it takes me to my desktop and no start bar no icons no nothing just my desktop background.

I know how to take out everything else I just wasn't 100% sure where the harddrive was.

Please read and understand this...

Do not get rid of your computer or HDD. The problem is with your Windows installation on the HDD, not the computer itself, and not the HDD itself.
You need to get anti-virus software to remove the virus(es), if that does not work, then get a new Windows installation disk.
You can contact Microsoft and they will send you a new disk, but you will need to supply your cd-key when installing.
This should be on a label on the side of your case. Should you be unable to contact Microsoft, there are other means of getting a Windows disk.

Assuming you have Windows XP or Vista, here are a few legal downloads...
