Windows XP: http://downloads.sourceforge.net/ophcrack/ophcrack-xp-livecd-2.3.0.iso
Windows Vista: http://downloads.sourceforge.net/ophcrack/ophcrack-vista-livecd-2.3.0.iso

Burn to a disc, turn off computer, go into bios and select dvd drive as first boot, boot the disc, run it...

just turn on ur comp, then put the disk in, shut off and turn back on, the disk will auto boot

Not always.
Some PC's have CD as 1st boot device then HDD, therefore if theres a bootable disc, it'll boot first, but if not then it boots from HDD as normal.

BUT if HDD is 1st Boot device then Windows will boot before the Disc is booted...

That's why I said go to bios and make disc 1st boot device..
Some mothboards (all my pc'z lol) have a boot menu option instead of accessing bios, where u push f12 and u hav the choice if which to choose to boot from, hdd/dvd/floppy...
