Open up your case and look on the side of the power supply, it should give all the info you need there. |

You'd need to find a way to stress your hardware, then use a hardware meter to monitor power consumption.
Alternatively, get a PSU from a good manufacturer like Corsair and you won't have to worry about it.
EDIT: Endure, the OP doesn't trust their power supply for whatever reason and is asking for a way to see if it's actually supplying what the power supply says it can supply. _________________

i already brought it and its not that i dont trust it cuz i know Corsair 650w is good but just wanted to know. Cant rly stress it yet cuz i dont have my good parts yet, brought it for my future 2x gtx260.
im asking cuz its acting weird, my comp shuts itself off randomly but not compleately, like monitor w/ no signal, goes black and i cant do anything. Sometimes at start its just black screen and no sound or anything. If it was the graphics card i would hear the win start up sound and this only happenns after i changed the PSU.
Offtopic: Does the memory of the GPU has to match the ram memory?
Ex. GPU ddr3 and ram ddr2, will that still work properly? _________________

No, not at all to the 1st or 2nd question? O_o 1st one? so it does not hav to match? kk
and what about this acting weird problem, my comp shuts itself off randomly but not compleately, like monitor w/ no signal, goes black and i cant do anything. is it the cause of the PSU or what? i didint connect it right? Sometimes it works normaly for a while and then it goes black. _________________

Make sure your VGA or DVI cable is securely attached, as well as your monitor's power cable. _________________
