When i try to access anything that uses IE as it's "Base" it won't connect. Even if i try to access IE it won't work. My dad says port 80 is blocked. If so how do i UNblock it?

Your ISP most likely blocks it, meaning you can't unblock it (maybe).

well my other computer's IE works and its in the same network
