Well im thinking of buying a desktop.
Now, i was thinking of getting an Acer Aspire Predator G7200 but i've been told building a PC is so much better.
First off, why is it better?
And secondly, is it difficult? I'll admit, i havnt got a clue where to start on this.

Do you want us to set up a build for you?
And yes you'll get alot more preformance if you build yourself.
About dubble up.
The only good thing about the other comp is that it got a cool and "fancy" case.

It might not be worth it considering you live in the UK.
Aren't parts expensive there? Correct me if I'm wrong.
Anyways, some reasons why building yourself is better;
- You know the quality of the components you're getting.
- You get to get more familiar with the inside of your computer
- Cost (may not be better considering where you live)
- Customizable
And no, to be honest it isn't that difficult although it may take a little longer if you're new to this.
Just google some guides, read them, when you feel you're comfortable with building, do it.
EDIT: Nevermind looked up a UK shop, component prices seem to be reasonable.
Here's the site I checked.

Give me a bit and I'll try to make you a build.
