What do you mean 200Kb/s? Is this your internet download speed? Copy file speed? What are your PC Specs, and what is your Internet Connection?

Wait slow down.
Is 200KB/s when you download a file from the internet or copy a file already on your Hard Drive? you said both copy speed and download speed so I'm lost...

Get the latest service pack.
This is as fast as it's going to get, Vista's TCPIP stack tunes itself automatically unlike XP. It's likely not Vista's fault here.
