This is an art section. I don't think coding quite fit the category...
You should really read the title. Notice how it says "Animate Particles" not "Code Particles".

Just watched it, pretty nice. However use the youtube annotations to explain things others might not be familiar with. Also default hotkeys.

I have a Bamboo as well.
And honestly, I think that type of particle usage is too generic.
It shouldn't even be classified as particles anyway, it's just an explosion of sorts with a bunch of firework type lines shooting around.

They can be used to show force in movements as well. Even be used as dust kicked up by footsteps.

What type of program was used to record this? I also have a bamboo, works well. Not too expensive either. I find I animate the basic effects, like this, then add extra effects, such as lighting and minor tweaks.

Agreed, it works good, I just think I'd work better on a bigger one :/
I'll be adding more stuff to the effect in Part 2.
