I decided to let my brother on my PC too. But I don't want to make him an admin. But the non-admin accounts can't do shit. How can I select what he can do?
EDIT:
I'm on XP SP3.

Then use tweakui to lock out things (such as task manager) and that and restrict certain programs. |
I know how to create accounts. I created an account for him, I picked the limited account, and he logged in. Turned out he couldn't even delete his own files. I want something to set all options of what he can, and can't do.

I'm afraid you can't do that in any computer.

I think the point of Holly's post was to say if his brother wanted to with enough searching he could make an administrator account anyway. Also, I second saf. Use tweakui.

Can one simply work the restrictions in Command Prompt? I mean, if you can set log in times for accounts, there's got to be more you can do, right?
