I like it, but I think you should change the yellow part of the head to green.

I would use a small green soft brush and set it to color, then it will look like this:

Oh cool, i was trying to do it as i saw it in a tut: By selecting the area by lasso, desaturate and then color balance, but it looked bad.

looks like you just put a c4d between a render and a slightly smudged stock.

It really depends on how it is done If someone makes a c4d that is incorporated well it can be excellent either way I rate 7/10.
