Doesn't blend, bad render, scanlines, shit coming out of border all over the place (only should be done on rare occasions), bad text, bad composition and bad effects.

Just follow some better tuts mate, it's hard when you're getting started.

Look through them until you find one you like, they try it.
You really need to experiment.

Decent in general, it's just that that little square coming out in the upper left hand corner looks weird, and "unmoose" is not in a matching font. I give it a 6/10, I'm more generous than these guys lol
You should also make the render the TINIEST bit more blue.
