I am currently using a Free Web Host for a website of mine...
The server is running Linux and Apache...
Is there a way to install a Linux VNC on the server and control it? How?

A great amount of time the linux distros running servers DO NOT have GUIs... So i don't think a VNC would work.


Also, ssh wouldn't work since usually free hosts don't give that.


Depending on your free host, no.

I also have this feeling that free web hosts won't let you install things on it



unless they're real generous peeps, then in which case you'll need to introduce them to me.
