Anyone has any recommendations?
i need a good one and kinda cheap one that can power:
geforce 9500 or above, quad core, 2hdd and the rest whats left.
I looked through newegg but i cant decide and im not very good with the cables. GPU needs 2x6 pin i think and a minimum 12V current rating of 18A 400W+.

The CPU and the Gfx card together need roughly 500W (if I did my math right), so if you were to get a 600W power supply you should have enough surplus power that you'll be alright.
Remember, you can never have a power supply that is too large (well, unless your going crazy with it and get a 1kW PS when you only need a 500W >.>" )

The 9500 doesn't even need a 6-pin PCI-e, and has a lower power draw. A high-quality 400W PSU would be way, way more than enough. This 500W PSU is cheaper, but is not much more efficient than the CMPSU-400CX. However, it will draw more power, meaning the CMPSU-400CX outputs power much more efficiently watt-for-watt.

The Thermaltake PurePower is inferior to the CMPSU-400CX. It also uses an older standard (too much power to the +5v rather than to the +12v). The RaidMax Hybrid is also inferior for the same reason (21A effective +12v compared to 30A with the CMPSU-400CX), although it does better with the +3.3v and +5v rail power distribution. The dual +12v rails would also decrease system stability.
They should all be able to run your system fine. I personally own the CMPSU-400CX, and it's awesome. It runs my overclocked GTX 260, overclocked quad core processor, overclocked RAM, and a dual hard drive configuration. It's a very power-stressing system, but the CMPSU-400CX runs it fine 24/3 (since I haven't left my computer on for 7 days straight). It's extremely reliable, it has the performance, the looks, a great design, and is stable and considerably cheaper than the other Corsair PSUs.
