I need your opinions / advices.

Needs borders. Also try another dimension. I use 400x150px.

Alright i'll add borders right now, thanks for the suggestion.
About the size, isn't 450 a bit too large?
Cause this is 350x150px

Size is fine. Right now I'm actually using 400x170, that's my favorite atm. Also DON'T add a border. Borders rarely ever work, but if you really want to make a border don't do a 1PX one, totally pointless and it looks amateurish. For the first, I would try to stay away from 2 renders, also take the text out of the corner, it's distracting. Work on effects and flow, also depth. I would recommend you to read some tutorials to get better, overall they aren't THAT bad but they need a lot of work. Not trying to cut you up, just offering advice.

It's easy.

1. Make a new layer above all other layers.
2. Ctrl + A
3. Edit -> Stroke

For renders, you should always find the renders that have a good cut, aren't choppy and don't have any white outlines.

For resizing the renders, hold Shift to keep 'em proportionate.

For text, keep it simple and don't make it draw the viewers away from the focal.

For backgrounds, don't use fractals if you can't make it look good, don't use rushes to make the background unless you can also make it look good, usually smudging the render, not yet resized, can make do for the background.

For colors, don't just randomly use colors, there has to be a color scheme, or at least the colors should look good with each other.

4th sig:
You messed up the render by using a Filter, don't do that. And there aren't even effects there, go read more tuts.

3rd sig:
You used the topaz filter for the render, right?

2nd sig:
Let's see...added render, added text, added background by getting a few fractals or using brushes, again go read some more tuts.

1st sig:
Render, not resized, for the background, hmm, not really good, and then added an Outer glow for the resized one to be the focal, meh, then added text. You can stick out the focal by adding more effects than just adding an outer glow.

Just so you know, my comments are all opinions or at least what I believe, I'm not exactly good at making tags but eh.
