[b]I know this is a bit lame,, but just a little warning about some trainer sites,,

If you search for cheats de you'll get thousands of results,,

this is just a particular site,,

can't speak for all of then of course,,

anyway

just had a look on a site, to check out what there trainers were like
out of curiosity ( it killed the cat you know ),, and dowloaded one of there trainers,,

it installed to my program files without asking,,
it got blocked by my firewall ,, trying to dial up,,
well Im cable anyway so that stops any monster phone bills from these crappy things

well spybot s&d got rid of it,,
just had to delete the shortcut from the start menu,,

well its a shame i got rid of my tmp internet files and history before starting up the so called trainer,,

if someone knows the site maybe they can post it for other's to avoid,,

save some poor dialup paying out a fortune,,

had 2 other things happen as well with my hotmail,,

had a suspicious email with a bloody great long name not in english
so I right clicked it to translate it,,( well ok that was stupid ),,

and net passport popped up asking me to re-enter my user name and password,,
ho ho ho ,,, ok up till now I've been silly but I'm not falling for that one,,,

also had a message saying someone has added me to there contact list again the big name,,
do I want to add them to my contact list,,,

oh yeah sure I do,,,,

well that one could possibly be ok,,
cos an old friend who moved to australia has been given my hotmail address,, but that was weeks ago,,

and the name didd'nt look right

so if it is him he'll just have to shout really loud ,,

anyway let's hope I learn from my mistakes eh,,,
