If you watch the image attached in this post then you will notice that the right eye has better reflection. Why is that? Sad

I use the same settings on both eyes.

You mean the left eye of the cat? The right part of the cat's been blurred I think.

You don't even have to zoom in, it really looks like it's been blurred, that's photography for you.

its called Depth of Field
it focuses at a certain distance and blurs at the distance not focused

You can easily alter that by sharpening the left eye a little bit, and then add a sharp picture over the eye and make it melt into the eye.

Pretty much a small depth of field is the only reason.
It's not you, it's whoever took the picture (that IS a nice picture though, I like cats)

Again, as stated above, you can try sharpening it.
