i have a document with english and chinese characters, they are scrambled and im wondering if thers a way to delete all the chinese characters isntead of clicking and deleting at each one

In Office 2007, push Control + F, then go to Replace Tab.

I have a feeling that wouldn't work as well as you might think... or maybe he's lucky and only has <30 kinds of characters.

How is that gonna help him. You only posted that to increase your fucking count!
By doing what iTz SWAT says you still need to write the fucking letter that you wishes to replace, so it would actually take more time to do that.

It may be faster than deleting the characters one-by-one, depending on the number of characters present. Besides, I doubt iTz SWAT posted to increase his count, and I might point out that your post is less useful than his.
OP:
I had searched around for the situation, but couldn't find anything, which is unfortunate. Seems like a pain in the ass for you to have to do

If he wanted to he would replace with a space or leave the box empty to Delete the letters...

Well i ended up just deleting every single one, regardless of how much of a pain in the ass it was. i guess there really is no way to do it =p
