its at 1.87. The rated is 0.85V – 1.3625V according to intel's website.
This is the stock voltage so i don't know. Is it too high?
My temperature is 25 c since its getting a little hot in California.

Yeah, 25C is nothing close to a problem, especially with a higher ambient temperature. If you want though, give Prime95 a quick download and slowly reduce the voltage, doing stress tests with small FFTs at each interval until you crash. Then simply raise the voltage again to a stable level and use it like that.
