WHEN I RAN GARFIELDS WINRAR SPAM THREAD AND DELETED IT FROM CONTROL PANEL EVERYTIME I RUN SOMETHING IT SAYS THIS C:\Users\Guest\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Temporary Internet Files\Low\Content.IE5\SEQUENCE OF NUMBERS AND LETTERS BASED ON WHAT I AM RUNNING\NAME OF THE PROGRAM IM RUNNING

start with taking off caps lock, rewriting your post, then smacking your head against the wall if necessary.
