This is our setup at home.

Computer1>router>Computer2>printer

How do i setup Computer2 so computer1 can access the printer. I guess both computers must have right settings. So if anyone is willing to make a small tut on how to. It would be appriciated.

Control panel option for Printers (different between OSes) > Right click printer to share > Properties > Sharing tab > (check) the box. You may have to first enable file/printer sharing on the computer(s).
What operating systems are the computers running?

All 5 computers here uses winxp. And also which service to activate?

They have to be in the same network
When they're in the network you can choose your printer in Shared Printers
