"You Do Not Have Sufficient Privileges"

I'm on an Admin account and I cannot figure out what's the problem any help?

Right click on the un-installer.
Select "Run as Administrator"
That should solve your problem.

OK I've uninstalled BUT when I try to install as administrator it display's the same message

"you do not have sufficient privileges to run this application"

and I'm still on my admin account.

I needed to re-install because the code samples did not install correctly so I couldn't do the program's on the C# book.

Click start > rightclick My Computer > Manage > Local Users > Select your user and add it to the "Administrators" group.

Enable Vista's real Administrator account and install from there to see if that works or disable UAC, restart and try again.

Win+R "cmd"
"net user Administrator /active:yes"
If it's Vista, CMD has to be run as an administrator.
