so im wondering, shuld i get the sapphire 4870 1gb regular card, or the 4870 1gb toxic card? i mean its like a $50 difference on newegg and i could easily overclock the regular 4870 to the toxic speed, and i can torrent 3d mark, so give me your thought!, also im trying to spend as little as possible on my build so im looking for the cheapest and best thing.

i would say you do not need the toxic card because srsly you do not need that much graphics power. do you have any idea how much computing power a 4870 has .... you can play any game on high at 1080p
dont waste your $50

edit: if you say "i am trying to spend as little as possible on mah build" then you do not need a 4870. a 4850 is perfectly fine on everything.

edit2: it looks like you play maplestory. then you do not need a 4870, or a 4850. get a 4670 its like $60 and $100 cheaper

2 4830s is a good setup (instead of a 4870).
