So last month, i checked the log of my bandwidth, it was only about the time i got NOD32 installed and updated
does my AV have anything to do with this? i have a low bandwidth (10gigs) and it sucks to have it wasting my bandwidth
i'm just very paranoid

AV updates shouldn't be that big unless you haven't updated them in years. Installing and updating an AV shouldn't be that much of a hog to your data allowance.

no, it's not NOD32, but you can check in the Personal Firewall section (if you've got the whole ESET suite) and see what connections there are that are using your bandwidth.

Typing netstat -a
it gives a load of results related to port 30606, and it lags when it shows alot of these
does this have anything to do with this?
anyway thanks for the helps
//edit : just in 30 mins, it wasted 70mb
any idea how to remove ekrn.exe? going to use a different av for now
