How do I reformat my computer? I have the windows CD but when I boot it I do everything to Install Windows but it doesnt bring me to the reformatting page, but repairs files on C:WINDOWS.
Also sometimes when I restart my computer, my internet thing disappears from the Network Connections... How do I get it back? ._.''

If you can't use the windows installation CD to format your hard drive,
use GParted (google it). Basically burn it onto a CD, change your bios settings to boot from the cd and format your HDD and create a new partition from there.
When you're done, the windows installation CD should give you a menu
on which partition to install windows on.
If you don't know how to use GParted, google it. It's pretty straight foward anyways.

A "format" command/process does not remove a partition table, and all the data remains intact.
A "delete" command/process does not mean a data is erased, either. OS tells you that data has been erased. That is not quite correct. In reality, that data remains intact, while a space deisgnated for that data - stored previously, may be reused again.
IF you really want to get rid of any data from your computer, then you need to remove all the partitions, first. After that process is completed, you are free to install any OS.

Correct but I don't really know the solution to your problem it may be because the reformat disk is scratched or part of it doesn't work.
