my second laptop which is two years old, the lcd screen went bizarre and the screen always goes static when i turn it on, and never loads afterwards. i went to a computer shop and they said to fix it would be $300, can someone help me. i really don't want to pay $300, i wanna like take it apart and try to fix it myself

well i'm running on a 5 month old laptop currently, and i wanna use my old laptop to hack, but $300 , sounds so unreasonable
