given that you used the extremely unresourceful word "better", let me assume you are a noob for my answer.

VB.

Delphi is very easy if you are coding for the first time.

depends what you want to do and how much you're going to try to actually learn the language. i'd do something like C++ (or C), but that isn't always simple to comprehend if you're impatient and want to code large projects before you know what you're doing. <--- that probably makes no sense.

vb.net is extremely easy to learn and code with, but then there's the argument that you learn bad habbits and etc.

When I started programming I used VB.NET 2008 Express Edition and I found it simple.

I installed C++ 2008 Express Edition
Opened it and closed in 5 seconds because I didn't understand anything...

Now I'm worried that I'm stuck in the VB world...

Do you guys recomend a way to learn C++ easy...

I would recommend C++ anytime.Get your basics right first.Don't get in to VB,it simple but it teaches you lots of bad habits.After that I'd recommend python,its very powerful.

Not VB, Not Delphi.
Learn C initially before moving onto C++ once you have ascertained good grounding in it.
