Changing the side to where you go to the second moniter

I set up a second moniter but I have the 2nd moniter on the left side but I have to move my mouse past the right side to get to the 2nd moniter.
How would I reverse this. I have a Nvidia 9800GTX but I havent found an option to do this.

Also, I would I extend my taskbar to the 2nd moniter?

right click on desktop, properties, settings, you can click and drag those squares with the 1 and 2 to where you want them.
And I think I remember a utility that will put change the taskbar. I don'tt hink windows supports it directly.
