Ofc you will.

First of all with a clean register you will find alot faster startups.
Then it will clear all your unnessesry files which also speed up and much more thing that I don't have time to write.

Yep i recommend CCleaner too, be careful cleaning internet files though it will clean EVERYTHING so if you use chats like Xat you'll lose everything on them so be careful..

And yes it does speed up your PC, well boot-up time...

CCleaner is fine, but there's nothing special about it except it cleans your registry in one click.

You won't get any speed increase of anything in this case.
