| Okay I got a new laptop for X-mas and my bro got the same one the only differences are mine has Flash Player 10, Hypercam, and AQWacker. But my brothers computer boots up and opens programs faster. Which one of those programs do you think is making my computer slow?

If they are truly identical, try running a disk defrag or antivirus scan, check what processes are running on his and your pc.

I don't have a Virus but my bro already told me he thinks its hypercam but TY I will try that too

the computers may look the same, but are you sure yours doesnt have a smaller GB storage space?

| It's really hard to tell because we don't know everything that's running on your laptop. Are you sure they are identical and what are the specs?

Your hard drive has very very little to do with your general speed.

Like the first post said, run a cross reference between the two computers.
It could be something that one of you guys did.
If all else fails, system restore or reformat.

I don't really think it matters. Who (besides hardcore people) put computers head-to-head?
At any rate, Win+R, "dxdiag" on both computers. Compare specs.
